All junior participants in Spring, Summer, and Fall Sancilio Tennis Academy outdoor sessions must pay a $75 one-time per year Chestnut Oaks membership fee. Your check needs to be written to Chestnut Oaks. Bring the check with you on the first day of your class. Chestnut Oaks offers annual adult tennis memberships for $150. For indoor sessions, there is a rate for Midlothian Athletic Club (MAC) members and one for non-MAC members. For MAC membership call 804-330-2222.
In the event of inclement weather, Sancilio Tennis Academy will use every reasonable effort to provide ample notice of such cancellation using either the phone number or email address provided upon registration. Notice may be given up to an hour before class time. It is at Sancilio Tennis Academy’s discretion whether a class will be held or not and may be based on forecasts rather than current conditions.
We will not hold classes outside if the temperature drops below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
All other makeup classes must be completed within the paid session and only when space is available.
If you need to cancel a camp registration, you have until 48 hours prior to the first day of camp to do so. You will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. If you cancel less than 48 hours before camp begins, we will not be able to offer you a refund or credit. For example: if the first day of camp starts at 9 a.m. Monday, you must notify us before 9 a.m. on Saturday.
Sancilio Tennis Academy does not allow any makeup, refund or credit for any missed camp day where you decide not to participate for any reason other than a Sancilio Tennis Academy inclement weather cancellation.
